Mumbai Rises to Save Democracy is a collective of 40 civil society, democratic rights organizations and non-governmental organizations across Maharashtra.
In view of the recent attacks on human rights defenders and the unjust incarceration of several prominent voices in the fight for human rights, the collective seeks to mobilize against state repression, UAPA and stifling of dissent in civil society.
